You will normally receive between seventy-five and ninety percent of your property's market value. However there are a number of other considerations you need to bear in mind. You will not have to pay an estate agent and we either give you £500 if you want to instruct your own solicitor, or we will find one to act for you, free of charge. Also we do not need a Home Information Pack (HIP) to buy your house.
