Will I get the full market value for my property?

You will normally receive between seventy-five and ninety percent of your property's market value.  However there are a number of other considerations you need to bear in mind.

Firstly we do not charge you any fees to sell your home or business. You will not have to pay an estate agent and we either give you £500 if you want to instruct your own solicitor, or we will find one to act for you, free of charge. Also we do not need a Home Information Pack (HIP) to buy your house. When you add up all these savings and the fact that you can have a guaranteed quick property sale, there isn't a great deal of difference.

I already have an estate agent, what will he think if I sell to you?

It is important for you to find a solution to your problem not to be worrying about what your estate agent thinks.  Naturally you should check your agreement and make sure you give them the correct notice. He may not be happy about losing his commission but you are not instructing another estate agent, as this is a private property sale.

How do you deal with repossession?

We will instruct our solicitors to stop the repossession, they will take care of everything for you and we can arrange a sell rent back option if you want.
