The rent you pay will be based on the market rates of similar properties in your local area and our contracts are similar to a standard tenancy agreement. When we make you an offer we will explain all the terms and conditions and make sure you clearly understand them.

We aspire to be up front and totally honest at all times and we will also explain clearly the procedure if you fall behind with your rent. Buy back option

If your financial situation improves, then you will be able to buy your home back at a fixed price. This fixed price is arranged at the time you sell your house to us and remains the same regardless of housing market trends.
